Air Travel Information System (ATIS) Corpus

This is a spontaneous-speech corpus. It contains information about flights, fares, airlines, cities, airports, and ground services. Simulate situations were recorded. A subject spoke requests over a microphone to a "travel planner". The requests were transcribed and the subject received the travel planner's answers on a computer screen. 41 sessions were recorded, containing 1,041 utterances. Each session lasted about one hour and comprises 25.4 queries on average. Each session resulted in two speech files for each query and a complete log of the session.
