This is a Belgian speech database, stored in a format compatible with the NUMBROLA synthesizer. It contains 70 minutes of a French male voice reading news.
It was built in the framework of the NUMBROLA-VQUAL Project, as a diphone database for a speech synthesizer using the MBROLA algorithm.
