Italian vocal database EMOVO
The Italian vocal database EMOVO contains emotionally colored sentences. It consists of 588 utterances recorded by 6 professional actors (3 female, 3 male). Each speaker read 14 Italian sentences (from which two are non-sense sentences) "colored" with 7 different emotional states: disgust, joy, fear, anger, surprise, sadness, neutral.
It was recorded in a quiet environment through two microphones and a digital recorder at a sampling frequency of 48 kHz, 16 bit.
