NECTEC ATR Thai Speech
It contains three sets with 40 speakers (20 males and 20 females): DB1 (isolated words), DB2 (phonetically rich sentences) and DB3 (dialogues). In total there are about 42 hours of speech with a quality around 20 dB.
The isolated-word speech database contains 5,000 daily-used words, the phonetically balanced words, and Thai digits and some extra words such as credit-card type, money units, etc. The 5,000 daily-used word set is divided into five groups of 1,000 words. The phonetically balanced sentences are spoken by all 40 speakers. The script schedule task contains 50 conversations between a hotel clerk and a customer.
