LANCHART Corpus of Spoken Danish in real time
This is a corpus of spoken Danish, resulting of a repetition of previous recordings from 7 different projects (1973 to 2001) covering different places in Denmark:
- Vinderup, Jutland: 113 informants audiorecorded in 1973, and 24 others (younger people) recorded in 1978, from which 19 were recorded again in 2006.
- Odder, Jutland: 82 informants audiorecorded in 1986-1989, from which 53 persons were recorded again in 2005.
- Vissenbjerg, Funen: 54 informants audiorecorded in 1982-1983. 16 of them had been interviewed again between 1996 and 1999.
- Copenhagen: 83 informants audiorecorded in 1986-1988 (also referred to as the BySoc Corpus). 43 of them were recorded again in 2005-2006.
- Copenhagen: the DASVA-project on language contacts and language attitudes of Danes and Swedes. 16 Danish informants audiorecorded in 2000-2001.
- Næstved 1, Zealand: 123 informants (48 adults, 39 youngsters of more than 9 years and 36 kids), from which 34 adults, 19 original youngsters and 18 original kids were interviewed a second time in 2005-2006.
- Næstved 2, Zealand: 84 informants (second session still in progress since 2007).
- Køge, Zealand: 119 grade school students audiorecorded, 10 of them were recorded in 4 different situations each year in 1989-97.
Most of the recordings are transcribed. Annotation includes POS tags for some of the transcripts.
