MoveOn Motorcycle Speech Corpus

This corpus contains about 12 hours of clean and noisy speech utterances and about 30 hours of segments with environmental noise without speech.

The speech data were recorded by Native British English speakers at a sample rate of 44.1 kHz at 16 bit. They recorded a total of about 10,000 utterances in two different environments: riding a motorcycle / in a silent room.

The noisy data without speech was recorded in a motorcycle environment. It comprises engine and air-wind noise.

Annotation includes, for the speech data part, linguistic and emotional contents: segmentation, speech and non-speech acoustic events, affect markers. The background noise part includes annotation for noises and interferences (air-wind noise, engine noise, other noise, sound event and visor).
