BOnonia Legal Corpus
The BOLC is a collection of comparable legal texts in English and in Italian. It is developed since 1997 and is regularly enriched with new documents (of legislative, judicial and administrative nature). It is also planned to include more languages.
The aim of the project is to create a multilingual comparable legal corpus. It can be used to study the different legal systems and also to analyze the legal language (developed by the European Union for example).
Number of words in Italian: 33.5 million
Number of words in English: 21 million
