New Amsterdam Corpus of Old French Literary Texts
The New Amsterdam Corpus of Old French literary texts (NCA - Nouveau Corpus d'Amsterdam) contains more than three million words from 200 different texts with their different versions, which represents a total of almost 300 text samples.
The first version (Amsterdam Corpus of Old French Literary Texts) was collected in the 1980s at the Free University of Amsterdam. Some of the texts have been transcribed from manuscripts especially for this corpus.
The new version is lemmatized and XML-formatted. It provides POS-tagging and lemmatisation resources for Old French, like a lexicon of more than 130,000 Old French inflected forms.
