HMIHY corpus
The "How May I Help You (SM)?" corpus contains 5,690 human-computer dialogues collected from a customer-care application deployed in the telecommunication area.

The HMIHY corpus is a speech transcription of customers interaction with an automated agent over the phone. It contains 20,013 caller turns, annotated with one of these seven emotional labels:
- positive/neutral,
- somewhat frustrated,
- very frustrated,
- somewhat angry,
- very angry,
- somewhat other negative,
- very other negative.
