Chinese Affix Database

This database was compiled from the Sinica Corpus. It is composed of the following high-frequency initial and final morphemes:

- Initial Morphemes in Noun Compounds : 1,135 (words with ambivalent meanings: 1,197).
- Final Morphemes in Noun Compounds : 1,427 (words with ambivalent meanings: 1,610).
- Initial Morphemes in Verb Compounds : 735 (words with ambivalent meanings: 918 ).
- Final Morphemes in Verb Compounds : 282 (words with ambivalent meanings: 300)

There are 4,025 morphemes in total. Each morpheme is associated with its English meaning, POS, and examples.
