CoDII (The Collection of Distributionally Idiosyncratic Items)
The Collection of Distributionally Idiosyncratic Items (CoDII) contains lexical items which have highly idiosyncratic occurrence patterns. It includes two parts: bound words of German (CoDII-BW.de) and a corresponding collection for English (CoDII-BW.en). Bound words (BW) are words which can only occur as part of a fixed expression. CoDII-BW.de contains all potential BWs and, for each item, lingusitic documentation and examples from dictionaries and corpora (i.e. general information, classification, syntactic information and sample queries). The Englsih extension is based on the approximately 100 English BWs in Dobrovol'skij.
